Meet the team

Clare is the founding director of Edwards Sales and Lettings, and opened the company after working for a local high street estate agent previously. Clare gained her level 3 qualifications in residential sales and lettings early on, allowing her and the company to become members of both NAEA Propertymark and ARLA Propertymark, having more recently completed her level 4 courses. Clare's major role within the company is to manage the operational side of the business and she takes a lead role with managing the lettings portfolio.

Following the decision to leave her career in travel agency and foreign exchange, Katie joined our team in 2020 and brought with her a great deal of transferrable skills and experience from her previous roles. Her main role within the company is to actively progress the sales from offer being accepted, to completion, keeping our vendors and buyers updated every step of the way. She is also involved in arranging viewings and valuations, and negotiating offers, on a daily basis.

Ryan always wanted to get into the property sector after leaving school and joined an independent surveying company at the age of 16, where he spent 7 years learning the profession from the ground up, now being an Associate Member of RICS. Having made the decision to further his career in property by moving into estate agency, Ryan brings with him a wealth of experience in valuing properties of all shapes and sizes. Ryan's working day involves conducting market appraisals, and completing all of the research that goes into preparing for these, then putting properties on the market, including putting together the property particulars.

After a life long career in teaching, Dominique joined our team to be able to work in an industry that nurtured her love of property, and lettings in particular. Having bought, developed and sold several properties herself, and with the experience of being a landlord of multiple properties, Dominique is well versed in the legislation that applies to lettings, and the importance of customer relationships. Her main role within the company is to conduct property inspections and accompany viewings.

Eleanor joined us in 2011, soon after the company opened, and although now semi-retired, she continues to keep up to date with the local market and her role is to carry out valuations and put properties on the market, as and when we need her. Eleanor has worked in a range of different high street estate agencies in the past, from a small family run business to a large corporate company, and has years of experience in valuing properties of different sizes, ages and in all our surrounding towns and villages.
